March 18, 2005 — Added more of Scheme III from the Winnipeg Area Transportation Study: Volume 3 Projections and Recommendations.
March 15, 2005 — Created a semantic table for Transit Plans. Also renamed from Long Term Transit Plans to Regional Transit Plans, as rapid transit in Winnipeg will be implemented after the turn of the new decade.
February 24, 2005 — Created a surrounding <div id="content"> for main content of each document. This will make maintenance a bit easier if I modify the placement of this content. It's 'semantic', right?
February 24, 2005 — Fixed first group indent problem with .date CSS rule by removing unnecessary text-indent selector.
February 23, 2005 — Added Free Press content on Norman Wilson report of 1959. Added Free Press content on release of W.A.T.S report of 1968.

October 24, 2003 — Migrating all my websites to XHTML 1.0 Transitional DTD compliance and using CSS 2.1 stylesheets for text formating.
October 15, 2003 — Issued uwto.org domain by PIR (Public Interest Registry) via Webserve.ca host. Began moving website to separate web hosting company. Files on MTS.net server will be deleted in the next few days.
October 11, 2003 — Fixed internal and external broken URIs throughout the website.
October 2, 2003 — Copied the contents of UWTO site to the MTS.net web server. Updated Transit Fare data to 2003 figures.
