December 29, 2003 — First solar powered T-man sign operational at the corner of Donald St. & Broadway.November 26, 2004 — Rapid Transit Task Force panel named. Panel members are:

January 20, 2005 – February 8, 2005 — Duration of public consultations on Rapid Transit in Winnipeg.
February 21, 2005 — New bus radio system installed on some WT fleet. It features a multi-line LCD display.
February 25, 2005 — Rapid Transit Task Force releases workshop survey results.
