This photo was taken at the North Barn, ready for service on the Portage line. This streetcar was built by Winnipeg Electric Street Railway Co. in 1913 and was part of a series of 39 streetcars built in that year. It had a seating capacity of 44 passengers. Photo 4 — Metro Winnipeg Transit trolleybus #1808, circa late 1960s. This photo was taken along the Notre Dame route. It was originally built in 1951 by ACF/Brill (model T46) and seated 46 passengers. Greater Winnipeg Transit Commission bought ten of these in November 1956 from Flint MI USA.
