Winnipeg has been involved with discussions about our future transit needs in council meetings and transit workshops, all to good purpose.

Simultaneously, there has been news of a new terminal building being planned at the airport, but nowhere have I heard about the plans for transit to the new terminal building.

City council and the Winnipeg Airports Authority should be in constant consultation to be sure the interests of Winnipeggers and airport users are satisfied in any plans for the future.

Any modern city that is not connected to its airport by high-speed transit is NOT a modern city.
